Family Picture Time!

 We had a little session with a new photographer yesterday and of course my Maxwell was a totally pill! UGH! It must be the age, 2 is not a good age for pictures. I mean seriously he was running around the park like an absolute MADMAN! I am surprised she got ANY good ones! Our theme was a vintage picnic, and I was going for the nautical look (my obsession) I just think blues and reds look so good in pictures! I dont normally wear red, so of course I had to buy a new outfit! DUH! So here are the 3 that she shared with me so far. I love them!

Ok, I admit it! I am totally obsessed with instagram! I follow mostly crafty ladies like myself, and the items I see everyday make me swoon. Seriously, I am gonna go broke because I want it ALL! New pretties in my ETSY shop today!

Well after nursing my stupid hangover ALL day Saturday (why do I do that to myself? Oh because I had fun while I was doing it!) and sleeping the entire day away getting absolutley NOTHING accomplished that I was supposed to........I used today as my day to get it done! However, the new table did NOT, I repeat NOT get finished...UGH! Or even started! I am so mad! But, I did get a few new pretty necklaces made and listed in my shop! Come have a looksie! Friday!!!!!!!!

Ahhh thank god it's Friday! I have a super packed busy weekend ahead of me!!! Tonight I will be going straight from work with several friends to watch some live UFC fighting. (who doesn't like watching hot dudes beat each to a pulp!?) Saturday is actually the day I am looking forward to the most! I will be in my studio (aka my bedroom) creating lovely bridal orders and also re finished a gorgeous old dresser that I am turning into my work space table! ~My name is Danielle, and I have had my Etsy store Paper Fairy for almost 4 years-June 23rd is my etsyversary! Somehow after years of being involved in in live theatre I found myself with a job in the corporate world. Paper Fairy has become my artistic outlet.

I started creating greeting cards after my wedding, where I designed every paper product associated with the event, You name it, I have probably made it!

My favorite things to make, which are actually my best sellers, are custom pieces. Besides my own, I have created invitations for four weddings (hear that brides to be?????) Just recently I started designing labels for my friends candle line. There is something about being able to take the idea that someone has in their mind and create it on or with paper that I love! Plus, I am starting to mix my graphic work with my scrapbooking techniques, and I am loving how they are turning out!

So I went to their site and actually found two super Adorbs pairs that are actually on clearance! And I must get them before I meet my future husband Luke Bryan! I am going to his concert and I have seats in 2nd row!! Holy snikes I might pass out! Anyways whatcha thank!?! (that's my ghetto voice!) right or left!

I got some Adorbs new chiffon ruffle fabrics today! Of course I could not WAIT to use them!!! I live for anything pink, frilly, ruffely, (is that even a word) and fun! So my creative mind went to work the instant I opened these up! I seriously had no idea what I would be creating with this fabric when I bout it, but as soon as I sat down boom! These came to mind!
